We're hiring volunteers

Help build ReRouted.

We're a small team building a faster, friendlier home for players across 76 games. If you want to moderate, support, build, or create — and grow with us — we'd love to hear from you.

Roles are community positions on a growing team. Apply to as many as fit you.

Open roles

Four ways in

Apply to one or stack a few — overlap is welcome. Every seat here is a real community role on a small, growing team.

01

Moderator

Community

You set the temperature of the room. Watch the Discord, act on reports quickly, defuse arguments before they spiral, and apply the rules the same way to everyone. The best mods are barely noticed because the place just feels good to be in.

  • Discord moderation
  • Calm under pressure
  • Fair judgment

02

Support Staff

Players

You're the first reply someone sees on a bad ping day. Triage tickets, walk players through optimizer and proxy setup, reproduce the weird bugs, and hand devs the details that actually help. Patience turns a refund request into a regular.

  • Clear writing
  • Troubleshooting
  • Knows the product

03

Developer

Engineering

You ship things people run every day — the optimizer, the routing layer, internal tooling, and the automation that keeps it all honest. Comfortable with TypeScript or systems-level networking is a plus; curiosity and finishing what you start matter more.

  • TypeScript / C++
  • Git workflow
  • Ships small, often

Media & Content

Growth

You make the difference feel real — before/after ping clips, setup guides, thumbnails, and posts that don't read like an ad. If you can take a 40ms improvement and make someone actually care about it, this is yours.

  • Short-form sense

What we look for

Less résumé, more character

Experience helps and we'll teach the rest. What we can't train is whether you give a damn — so that's mostly what we read for.

“Three reliable people who care beat ten who showed up once.”

You actually play

You're in the games and in the Discord because you want to be. You've felt a laggy match ruin a good night, and fixing that for other people sounds like a decent way to spend your time.

You follow through

You answer the message, finish the task, and say so when life gets busy. We'd rather have someone honest about three hours a week than someone who vanishes after promising ten.

You make the team better

You stay level-headed when a thread gets heated, you give credit, and you'd rather solve the problem than win the argument. Ego costs more than it's worth on a small team.

How it works

From application to onboarded

A simple, human process — no automated rejections, no endless rounds. Just a real look from a real team.

01

Apply

Fill out the form below — pick the role or roles that fit, drop a Discord handle, and tell us why. Five minutes, no résumé gymnastics, no cover letter.

02

We read it

Every application lands straight with the core team, and a real person reads it. We usually reply within a week — yes, even if it's a no.

03

Chat & onboard

If it's a fit, we'll grab fifteen minutes on Discord to make sure it's mutual, then hand you access, a buddy, and a clear first task.

Apply

Apply to join the team

Fill out the form and it comes straight to us. Tell us which role fits, a little about your experience, and why you want to be part of ReRouted.
