Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective June 2, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for ReRouted plans. It is part of our Terms of Service. Where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights (for example, statutory withdrawal rights in the EEA/UK), those rights apply in addition to this policy.

Canceling a subscription

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@rerouted.gg. When you cancel:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again, and auto-renewal stops.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.

Free trials

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. If you do not cancel, the plan converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged at the then-current price. Trials may be limited to one per user, device, or household.

Subscription refunds

Because the proxy and routing services are delivered continuously, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except:

  • where required by applicable consumer-protection law;
  • where the Services were materially unavailable due to a fault on our side for a sustained period; or
  • where we agree, at our discretion, to issue a goodwill refund.

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a qualifying service failure, contact support@rerouted.gg within 14 days of the charge and include your account email and the transaction details.

One-time optimizer purchases

For one-time optimizer purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the software does not function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue. Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, license sharing, or violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through the original payment processor (such as Stripe or PayPal). Processing times depend on the provider and your bank, and are typically completed within several business days.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent termination.
